Can I customize a gift box?
You sure can! Our gift boxes offer a choice of ribbon color to suit the style of the recipient or event, and our Gift-Wrap add-on allows you choose which style of wrapping paper you’d like. More customization options will be available soon, so stay tuned!
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! Please see our “Shipping and Returns” page for all shipping information.
Are your products sourced ethically/sustainably?
We take pride in our products as they come from small businesses around the world, and are never mass produced. All businesses we select products from are ethical, and our packaging is always sustainable.
Can I include a personalized message?
Although we don’t offer custom messages, we do offer greeting cards that can be placed on top of your gift box, which you can find on our Gift Box Add-on page! Your greeting card can be delivered to your gift recipient sealed, or mailed to you unsealed so you are able to write a message on the card prior to gifting.
How far in advance do I need to order?
To ensure your gift box or boxes arrive in time for the special occasion, we recommend ordering 5 business days before the event. This will allow for for your package to arrive on time in case of possible delivery delays.
What if I want to return or exchange a gift box?
Our gift boxes are custom orders, so we do not offer returns. If you are unhappy with your gift box, please reach out to us at info@giftedmomentsboxes.com - and we will try to assist you in any way possible.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes, we offer corporate and bulk orders! We do ask that these are ordered at least a month prior to the occasion, as these orders take collaboration and additional time to create. Please fill out our form on the “Contact Us” page to inquire about large orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a USPS tracking number will be provided after purchase.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do! By adding our “Gift Wrap Add-on” to your cart, you can select which type of gift wrap you’d like your box(es) to be wrapped in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Are your gift boxes suitable for dietary restrictions or allergies?
There are no edible products in our packages. Ingredient lists for all skin-care products are listed in the product description.
